KreMail Terms of Service

Welcome to KreMail! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of KreMail and its associated websites, mobile applications, and services provided by One Touch Inc. (“KreMail,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing, browsing, or registering to use the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.

1. Service Overview

KreMail is an AI-powered commercialization and collaboration tool designed for global content creators, enabling efficient partnerships with brands and continuous value generation from content. KreMail integrates with Gmail to provide messaging, content recommendation, and collaboration tracking functionalities. The current version is available free of charge. Future subscription plans (such as Starter, Pro, and Premium) may be introduced, and users will be notified in advance alongside any relevant Terms updates.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the Service, you must be at least 16 years of age. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or organization, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to bind such entity to these Terms.

3. User Accounts and Security

  • Registration: You must provide truthful, accurate, up-to-date, and complete registration information. You are responsible for updating this information if it changes.
  • Security: You are solely responsible for safeguarding your password and account credentials. You are fully accountable for any actions taken under your account. If you suspect unauthorized use, you must notify us immediately.
  • Email Authorization: Upon connecting your Gmail account via OAuth, KreMail may access your inbox, sent mail, drafts, and labels to support key service features. We do not store your Gmail password.

4. Gmail Data Usage Explanation

In accordance with Gmail’s API usage guidelines, KreMail requests access to the https://mail.google.comscope for the following purposes:

  • Read: Access inbox, sent mail, drafts, and labels
  • Write: Compose, send, reply to, and forward emails
  • Manage: Apply or remove labels, mark emails as read/unread, star, mark as important, archive, etc.
  • Delete: Move emails to trash or permanently delete messages

KreMail will not use your Gmail data for advertising purposes, nor will it share or sell your email content.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use KreMail for the following purposes:

  • Sending spam, phishing emails, or any form of harassment
  • Unauthorized access to others’ mailbox content
  • Uploading or transmitting malicious code, viruses, trojans, or similar threats
  • Engaging in any illegal, abusive, or unauthorized activities using the Service

We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or take legal action against any accounts engaged in prohibited conduct.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the KreMail platform (including but not limited to UI/UX design, text, images, icons, software code) is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior authorization.

7. Data & Privacy

We value and respect your privacy. KreMail complies with data protection regulations such as GDPR and CCPA. We only use user data within the scope necessary to deliver our services and never for advertising or resale purposes. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.

8. Data Deletion & Account Cancellation

You may delete your account and personal data at any time via account settings or by contacting customer support. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

9. Third-Party Services & Limitation of Liability

KreMail integrates with services such as Gmail, Google OAuth, and cloud storage platforms. We are not liable for any service interruptions or data loss caused by these third-party providers. You are solely responsible for reviewing and complying with the terms and privacy policies of any third-party services used in conjunction with KreMail.

10. Modifications & Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue parts or all of the Service at any time without prior notice. Should paid plans be introduced in the future, we will provide advance notice and update these Terms accordingly. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any disputes arising out of the use of this Service shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the courts in KreMail’s jurisdiction.
